Day 1: Bagdogra Arrival - Phuntsholing (165Kms/04hrs drive)
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and our vehicle will transfer you to Phuntsholing. Meet & Greet upon arrival at Phuntsholing (298 Mts/977 Fts). Depending on your arrival time our Trip Leader will assist you in procurement of your permit to Bhutan. The permit issuance takes time depending on the rush; one has to stand in queue for procurement of permit. In case the permit is not processed on the day of arrival then it can be issued next day before you start for next destination. Overnight at Phuntsholing.

Day 2: Phuntsholing - Thimphu (180Kms/07hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and complete your Visa/Permit formalities assisted by our Bhutan representative who will assist you in boarding your vehicle for transfer to Thimphu(2320Mts/7656Fts). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Thimphu
After breakfast, we will take you on Thimphu sightseeing covering Sangaygang View Point (BBS Tower) which is located at an elevation of 2,865 Mts/9397Fts and offers an exquisite view of the whole town of Thimphu. Thereafter, visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodong), Institute for Zorig Chusum (Traditional Art & Craft School) (Closed on Saturday,Sunday,National Holiday & During Summer & Winter Vacations), Textiles Museum, Handicrafts Shops (Closed on Saturday,Sunday & National Holiday), Zangthopelri Lhakhang (Monastery), Simply Bhutan (Closed on National Holiday), Motithang Takin Preservation Centre (Closed on Every Monday). Overnight at Thimphu.

Day 4: Thimphu - Punakha / Wangdi (77Kms /03½hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Punakha (1200Mts/3936Fts) / Wangdi (Wangdiphodrang) (1350Mts/4430Fts). Punakha / Wangdi is the last town on the highway before entering Central Bhutan. The drive is over Dochu La pass (3080Mts/10102Fts) which is very scenic with fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Dzong and if time permits, visit the Suspension Bridge and then proceed to Chimi Lhakhang (Monastery). Overnight at Wangdi.

Day 5: Gangtey & Phobjikha Valley Excursion (85Kms/ 03½hrs one way drive)
After early breakfast, you start early for a full day excursion to Gangtey & Phobjikha Valley (3000Mts/9845fts). The valley of Gangtey is one of the most beautiful spots in Bhutan. At Gangtey, visit Black Necked Crane Information Centre, Gangtey Goempa (Monastery). Return to your hotel in the evening. Overnight at Wangdi.

Day 6: Punakha / Wangdi - Paro
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Paro (2134Mts/7000Fts). Enroute, stop at Lamperi to visit Royal Botanical Garden. On arrival Paro, check in to the hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight at Paro.

Day 7: Paro
After breakfast, you have two options to choose (to be confirmed at the time of booking): Option 1: Paro Sightseeing. Visit Dungtse Lhakhang, then stop at Bird eye view point- from these point picturesque Paro Valley can be seen from this point and the small Paro International airport in the middle of all of that looks stunning. Ideal time to go here would be between 10-11 AM, then visit Ta Dzong (National Museum-Closed on National Holiday), Rinpung Dzong. OR Option 2:Full day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger`s Nest) Start the day early for a day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger's Nest Monastery). The hike which is all the way uphill takes about 2 /3 hours one way through pine forests. Afternoon at leisure for go for shopping in the market. Overnight at Paro.

Day 8: Paro - Phuntsholing (176Kms/07hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Phuntsholing(298Mts/977Fts). Evening at leisure. Overnight at Phuntsholing.

Day 9: Phuntsholing - Bagdogra Departure
After breakfast, checkout and proceed to the Airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Bhutan.
