Day 1: Bagdogra Arrival - Phuntsholing (165 Kms/04hrs drive)
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and our vehicle will transfer you to Phuntsholing. Meet & Greet upon arrival at Phuntsholing (298 Mts/977 Fts). Depending on your arrival time our Trip Leader will assist you in procurement of your permit to Bhutan. The permit issuance takes time depending on the rush, one has to stand in queue for procurement of permit. In case the permit is not processed on the day of arrival then it can be issued next day before you start for next destination. Overnight at Phuntsholing.

Day 2: Phuntsholing - Paro (180Kms/07hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and complete your Visa / Permit formalities assisted by our Bhutan representative who will assist you in boarding your vehicle for transfer to Paro (2134Mts/7000Fts). Overnight at Paro.

Day 3: Paro
After breakfast, you have two options to choose (to be confirmed at the time of booking): Option 1: Paro Sightseeing. Visit Dungtse Lhakhang, then stop at Bird eye view point- from these point picturesque Paro Valley can be seen from this point and the small Paro International airport in the middle of all of that looks stunning. Ideal time to go here would be between 10-11 AM, then visit Ta Dzong (National Museum-Closed on National Holiday), Rinpung Dzong. OR Option 2:Full day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger`s Nest) Start the day early for a day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger's Nest Monastery). The hike which is all the way uphill takes about 2 /3 hours one way through pine forests. Afternoon at leisure for go for shopping in the market. Overnight at Paro.

Day 4: Paro - Thimphu (65Kms/02hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Thimphu (2320Mts/7656Fts), enroute stop at Tamchog Lhakhang (Iron Bridge) & Photo break at Chuzom (Confluence) Meeting point of Thimpu River (Wong Chu) & Paro river (Pa Chu). On arrival in Thimphu, Check in to the hotel. Overnight at Thimphu.

Day 5: Thimphu
After breakfast, we will take you on Thimphu sightseeing covering Sangaygang View Point (BBS Tower) which is located at an elevation of 2,865 Mts/9397Fts and offers an exquisite view of the whole town of Thimphu. Thereafter, visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodong), Institute for Zorig Chusum (Traditional Art & Craft School) (Closed on Saturday,Sunday,National Holiday & During Summer & Winter Vacations), Textiles Museum, Handicrafts Shops (Closed on Saturday,Sunday & National Holiday), Zangthopelri Lhakhang (Monastery), Simply Bhutan (Closed on National Holiday), Motithang Takin Preservation Centre (Closed on Every Monday). Overnight at Thimphu.

Day 6: Thimphu - Punakha/Wangdi (77Kms/03½hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Punakha (1200Mts/3936Fts) / Wangdi (Wangdiphodrang) (1350Mts/4430Fts). Punakha / Wangdi is the last town on the highway before entering Central Bhutan. The drive is over Dochu La pass (3080Mts/10102Fts) which is very scenic with fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Dzong and if time permits, visit the Suspension Bridge and then proceed to Chimi Lhakhang (Monastery). Overnight at Wangdi.

Day 7: Punkha/Wangdi - Gangtey (85Kms/03½hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Gangtey. Enroute, visit Phobjikha Valley (3000Mts / 9845fts). The valley of Gangtey is one of the most beautiful. Visit black Necked Crane Information Centre and GangteyGoempa (Monastery). Later, drive towards Gangtey. Check in to the hotel. Overnight at Gangtey.

Day 8: Gangtey - Bumthang (235Kms/09Hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Bumthang (2600Mts/8528Fts) by crossing 3 passes over 3000 meters. The route offers magnificent views of the Himalayas and beautiful landscape through scattered hamlets and forest of rhododendrons and pine. After one and half hour drive from Chendebji Chorten, arrive at a small town known as Trongsa meaning new village. The town mainly consists of fresh Tibetan refugees but the most impressive of all is the Trongsa Dzong. Overnight at Bumthang.

Day 9: Bumthang
After breakfast, we will take you on Bumthang sightseeing covering Jambay Lhakhang, Kurje Lhakhang, Chankhar Lhakhang, Tamshing Lhakhang, Jakar Dzong. Return to your hotel in the evening.Overnight at Bumthang.

Day 10: Bumthang - Mongar (178Kms/09Hrs drive)
After early breakfast, checkout and be ready for the longest drive to Mongar winding through more rugged terrain (1700Mts/5575Fts). Enroute, visit the Mebartso meaning burning lake. If time permits, make a short visit to URA village. Mongar is located on a hill side and is a new town. The Dzong built not long ago maintains the architectural traditions of old Dzong. Overnight at Mongar.

Day 11: Mongar - Trashigang (90Kms/03½Hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Trashigang. Its a very scenic journey through lush forests and ferns passing over Kori la pass (1100Mts/3608Fts). Descend rapidly through corn fields and banana grooves passing Yedi village. Follow the Gamririver until the bifurcation to Drametsi perched atop a steep hill. It is also famous for the dance called Drametsi Ngacham (Drum dance). This district is the biggest and most populated in the Kingdom. The Dzong built strategically on the spur going out towards the Gamri river. Overnight at Trashigang.

Day 12: Tashi Yangtsi Excursion (55kms/02hrs one way drive)
After breakfast, we take you on full day excursion of Tashi Yangtsi. Enroute, visit Gom Kora monastery located near a river. It is believed that Guru Rinpoche turned into a Garuda to subdue a demon and the imprints of serpent and his body can be seen. Also there is a passage leading from one end to the other end of the huge boulder and who ever crosses the passage his/her sins will be forgiven. Next stop is at Duksum, a small village boasting of the oldest iron suspension bridge built during the 15 century by Drupthob Chazampa builder of iron bridges. Further on lies the beautiful Chorten Kora a huge white washed stupa surrounded by a small community who make the famous wooden bowels (Dapa). Drive back to your hotel in the evening. Overnight at Trashigang.

Day 13: Trashigang - Samdrup Jongkhar ((193Kms/09Hrs drive)
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Samdrup Jongkhar(223Mts/730Fts). Enroute, visit Kanglung the only university in Bhutan. Further on visit the blind school and the famous weaving center. The road takes you through numerous towns and villages making the drive adventurous and awesome. Upon arrival at Samdrup Jongkhar the climate is warmer and busier than the last visited areas since it is the border town with India. Overnight at Samdrup Jongkhar.

Day 14: Samdrup Jongkhar – Guwahati Departure
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward flight.
